Both employee and employer maintain the digital personnel files. Employees have the possibility of updating non-contractual information via the self-service portal
and are able to retrieve additional information through their personalised access area.
Amendments are earmarked for the personnel department and, at the push of a button, can be incorporated into the personnel file. Besides personal data, all information stored in the file concerning salaries, organisational structure, employment status, skills, employee-related documents and contracts are only accessible by authorised managers in the personnel department.
The self-service portal integrates an application and authorisation procedure for holidays and travel cost planning.
